Okay, the art credits on this Cover of Batman #18 are a little weird, but essentially, the picture of Batman & Robin was lifted from page 13 of Detective Comics #84. Ed Kressy penciled that with Dick Sprang inking. The pictures of the 3 Axis scumbags were by Stan Kaye and are original to this cover.

P.S. - Bet you were expecting Cap again. HGP always likes to shake things up.
