As far as I can tell from googling it, "fuori i tedeschi" means "out with the Germans," and was a slogan originally aimed at the Austrian government in the 19th century. But those Italians that overthrew the yoke of Fascism appropriated the slogan for a truly noble cause - the punching of Hitler.
